Livality Health offers confidential medication management for addiction care. Addiction medication management to may include Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) with Suboxone, Naltrexone, and other medications, in addition to mental health meds, if needed.
In-office appointments are available for clients local to the Jacksonville metro area. Clinicians with Livality take an informed, individualized approach to each client served. More complex needs may be referred for higher levels of care for client safety.
