Rebecca Sotero is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She focuses on assisting women overcome anxiety, worry and burnout by teaching boundaries, self-care, and moving from a victim to victor in their lives and situations. She enjoys working with high achieving helpers such as mothers, and other behavioral health professionals and entrepreneurs. Her approach to therapy is bringing “all of me” in a professional way.
Rebecca is originally from Maine, however, has been a Florida lover since 2004. While in Florida, she attended Southeastern University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Church Ministry, as well as her Master of Arts in Human Services. She began her career as a Foster Care Case Worker in 2011. In 2016, while working in Washington, D.C., she decided to pursue a Masters in Social Work from Capella University. She is now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She has worked with a variety of populations and settings ranging from addiction, anxiety, depression to complex mental illness in outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient settings.
She spends her free time with her son and husband where they enjoy the beach and being outside in water as well as having pizza and watching a family movie together. She also enjoys indoor cycling, walking, hiking, traveling, being with friends and family, and volunteering at church. She has lived in many places from Maine to Florida but lovingly gets to call Middleburg, FL home.
