Kiara is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings
compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humor to every patient she meets. She has
spent years providing care and medication management for individuals of all ages,
genders and ethnicities, with a multitude of acute and chronic mood, psychiatric,
trauma-based and other mental health disorders. She has also worked across a
multitude of medical and inpatient/outpatient mental health settings to include Critical Care, Psychiatric Community Health; residential psychiatric facilities; Emergency disaster response, Home Health Care, and the Emergency Room,.

She believes mental health is her calling, and truly believes in meeting each person
where they are. She is dedicated to empowering clients by providing them with the tools necessary for success, stability and improving overall mental health outcomes.

She is deeply committed to providing high quality and patient centered care, fostering therapeutic relationships, patient advocacy and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. She encourages patient collaboration and participation within their treatment to promote inclusivity and prides herself in providing a safe, judgement-free space where healing feels possible and support feels real. She often incorporates cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy modalities when necessary to help every individual move toward brighter mental wellness.
