Livality is a premier comprehensive mental health clinic, with a specialization in Women’s Mental health. Our clinicians are also certified in Family Medicine, Addiction Care, and Perinatal Mental Health. We also offer complementary health and wellness services such as weight loss, selected primary care/urgent care treatments.
Does Livality offer in-person care?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate you in our office located in Middleburg, Fl at the Clay Town Center. We are directly across from St Vincent’s Clay hospital.

We are currently providing care to clients in Florida, Georgia, and New York.

Livality welcomes individuals of all genders to receive services, including male individuals.
Does Livality offer therapy?
Therapy services are coming soon in office, as well as via telehealth.

We are happy to serve clients aged 13 and above.
